If you are having trouble seeing the figures in this site it is due to a browser incompatibility problem that I have not been able to fix.  This pages on this site were created using Mathtype (by Design Science) and published using Microsoft Frontpage, and one of these programs (I don't know which) produces web pages that can only be viewed using fairly recent versions of Internet Explorer.  Note that you must allow Internet Explorer to run ActiveX controls to see the figures and equations.

 

Please give the Chapter, Section and Sub-section number where you found the error
